The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Crimes
• Incidents of criminal mischief at two White Street businesses were reported on Feb. 28. Each business building was reportedly spray painted in large black letters during the evening hours. The for paint removal on one was estimated at $500 and the other was $300.
Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe took the report.
• The theft of a locked Blue Trek 1220 Aluminum Series ZX road bike, valued at $500, was reported stolen from the area of Bridge Avenue on Feb. 12.
Sgt. Jorge Torres took the report.
Arrests
• Amy Patel, 36, of Edison, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on Feb. 27 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Amber Lucisano, 33, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Feb. 27 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and hypo syringe by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Ezekiel Snyder, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on Feb. 24 and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, possession of a weapon with CDS, person unauthorized to have a weapon, possession of prescription legend drugs, obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest, possession of CDS and tampering with evidence by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Brittany Gibson, 32, of Cranbury, was arrested in the area of Hance Avenue on Feb. 23 and charged with possession/distribution of hypo syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Hector Lima-Chavez, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Feb. 22 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Meghan Allen, 21, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on Feb. 19 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Cristhian Castilo-Angulo, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.
• Bryan Davis, 30, of Bayville, was arrested in the area of White Street on Feb. 14 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Trinidad Mendez-Romero, 30, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Feb. 12 and charged with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective John Camarca.
• Eduardo Jimenez-Berdejo, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Feb. 12 and charged with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective John Camarca.
• Tristan Thomas, 20, of Farmingdale, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Feb. 10 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of marijuana (legalized in NJ on Feb. 22) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Jaquel Accoo, 25, of Wall, was arrested in the area of Dr. James Parker Boulevard on Feb. 10 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
** Police made one arrest solely on a contempt of court warrant and three solely on possession of marijuana charges. Marijuana possession of up to six ounces was legalized in NJ on Feb. 22. **
