The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of several hundred dollars’ worth of landscaping equipment from an unlocked garage in the area of Pinckney Road was reported on Dec. 14. The items reported taken were: a Black & Decker 60-volt string trimmer valued at $170, a Black & Decker 40-volt hedge clipper valued at $155, a Scott’s outdoor long hedge clipper valued at $120, a Taylor tool branch cutter valued at $58, and a Corona super lopper valued at $51.

Arrests
• David Colbert, 23, of Long Branch, was arrested on Dec. 31, 2020 in the area of Coopers Bridge and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Gonzalo Huerta-Hernandez, 19, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Dec. 30, 2020 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Rashon Martin, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 28, 2020 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• James Reichard, 23, of Leonardo, was arrested in the area of Gold Street on Dec. 26, 2020 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Enrique Ramirez, 28, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 18, 2020 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Hyo Jeon, 40, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Dec. 17, 2020 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Donte Smith, 27, of Keyport, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 16, 2020 and charged with shoplifting, criminal mischief, aggravated assault, false public alarm and resisting arrest by force by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Kevin Ferri, 32, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 14, 2020 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana, and fugitive from justice by Patrolman Grande Maggiulli.
• Robert Little, 26, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Dec. 13, 2020 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• John Cook, 21, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 5, 2020 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Tony Izquierdo, age 28 of Red Bank was arrested in the area of Bassett Place on Dec. 4, 2020 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and unlawful purpose of a handgun by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Tykee Mitchell, 27, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on Dec. 3, 2020 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
**Police reported two arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
