The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

• Christopher Joyce, 22, of Rutherford, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Jan. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Felicia Foster, 24, of Manalapan, was arrested in the area of Linden Place on Jan. 14 and charged with simple assault and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Jesse Woodroffe-Monterr, 25, of Oceanport, was arrested in the area of East Front Street on Jan. 13 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Jacquelin Wilhelm, 44, of Fair Haven, was arrested in the area of Harding Road on Jan. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Michael Baron.

• Laila Rana, 21, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Jan. 11 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Nino Rodriguez, 19, of Oakhurst, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Jan. 10 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Joseph Hoff, 22, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Jan. 3 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Stephen Johnson, 72, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Jan. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• James Sharkey, 45, of Fair Haven, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

Contempt of Court

• Donald Quarles, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Oakland Street on Jan. 15 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Thomas Armstrong, 36, of Red Bank. was arrested in the area of Oakland Street on Jan. 15 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Lauren Foley, age 30 of Red Bank was arrested on 01/13/18 in the area of Spring St for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Darren M. McConnell.

• Dakar Martin, 41, of Bronx, NY, was arrested in the area of Coopers Bridge on Jan. 13 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Charles Puschel, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Jan. 13 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Robert Lahey, 26, of South Amboy, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 11 on a contempt of court warrant by SLEO Luke Cahill.

• Luchretia Jackson, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Jan. 11 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.

• Jonathan Abramow, 29, of Manchester, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 10 on a contempt of court warrant by SLEO Luke Cahill.

• Louis Alicea, 33, of Lanoka Harbor, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 10 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Jayson Shaw, 43, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Jan. 10 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Wesley Chunn, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on Jan. 9 on a contempt of court warrant by SLEO Luke Cahill.

• Byron James Carroll, 33, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 8 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Casildo Feria-Lopez, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Jan. 4 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Mark Standard, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of St. Nicholas Place on Jan. 1 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
