The following April arrests were reported by Monmouth Beach police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Kayque Moreirabarreto, 20, of Long Branch, was arrested on April 21 and charged with hindering-oneself-give false information, contempt of court, driving while intoxicated (DWI), reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and open alcohol / cannabis in a vehicle.
• Josimar Teixeira, 42, of Long Branch, was arrested on April 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), open alcohol in a vehicle, refusal to submit to breath test and other motor vehicle offenses.
• Jay Kellers III, 49, of Long Branch, was arrested on April 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and other motor vehicle offenses.
• Deidre Moonan, 32, of Asbury Park, was arrested on April 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and several other motor vehicle offenses.
