The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• There was a Nov. 10 report of a shoplifting in the area of CVS on Broad Street. The victim reported that someone stole merchandise.
Patrolman Ralph Latham is investigating.
• There was a report of a theft/forgery in the area of Obre Place on Nov. 11. The victim reported that someone forged checks for personal gain.
Patrolman Angel Marrero is investigating.
• There was a report of a theft in the area of Shadowbrook Road on Nov. 1. The victim reported that property valued at $200 was stolen.
Sgt. Adam Cerminaro is investigating.
Arrests
• Susanna Perez, 35, of Eatontown, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of Broad Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and contempt of court (COC) by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
• Amanda K. Lipko, 27, of Beach Haven, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of Broad Street and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.
• Donald K. Champine, 62, of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of Broad Street and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.
• Jivenchy P. Georges, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 16 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.
• Genaro Y. Escalante, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 16 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.
Contempt of Court
• Santa N. Morales, 52, of Eatontown, was arrested on Nov. 18 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.
• William J. Egan, 28, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Nov. 11 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.
• Peter Delamos, 77, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Nov. 8 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.
• Timothy M. Walling, 29, of Eatontown, was arrested on Nov. 6 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant in the area of Broad Street by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.
