The following August criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of a RedMax leaf blower, valued at $565, from a vehicle in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Aug. 26.

• The theft of two pillows, valued at $300, from the patio furniture owned by a Broad Street business was reported on Aug. 24.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of the Gold Street parking lot was reported on Aug. 24. An employee reported that damage, assessed at a $1,000 worth, was done to a parking meter.
Patrolman Taylor Doremus took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of West Front Street was reported on Aug. 19. The employee of a business reported damage to an outdoor umbrella valued at $5,000.

• The theft of an iPhone 11, valued at about $1,100, from the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Aug. 16.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• The theft of many items — a pair of black Nike shoes valued at $150, a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses valued at $200, and prescription medication — was reported stolen from a motor vehicle in the area of Bridge Avenue on Aug. 16.
Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Aug. 12. A patrol unit was advised of a broken door at a vacant business.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Pearl Street was reported on Aug. 7. The victim reported that the rear window of a motor vehicle was broken causing an unknown dollar amount of damage.

Arrests
• Anthony Rosario, 29, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 31 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Brett Depalma, 33, of Howell, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on Aug. 30 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Anthony Rosario, 29, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 28 and charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• William Cummings, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Hudson Avenue on Aug. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and underage DWI by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Tyler Gelsleichter, 26, of Freehold, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on Aug. 24 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs and driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Benjamin Luna-Valdetano, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Oakland Street on Aug. 19 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child by Sgt. James Deponte.
• Miguel Jacinto-Rivera, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Oakland Street on Aug. 19 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child by Sgt. James Deoonte.
• Michael Stancheck, 52, of Howell, was arrested in the area of White Street on Aug. 18 and charged with contempt, criminal mischief and harassment by Patrolman Milton Gray.
• Daniel Bavacqua, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of South Street on Aug. 17 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child by Sgt. James Deponte.
• Jamal Thomas, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Aug. 16 and charged with being a fugitive of justice by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Stephen Goodman, 59, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Branch Avenue on Aug. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Brian Bell, 32, of Oceanport, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 10 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Anthony Rosario, 29, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on Aug. 6 and charged with theft by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• David Searight, 26, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of West Street on Aug. 6 and charged with burglary, theft, unlawful possession of weapons and criminal mischief by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Carmen Rivera, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Aug. 6 and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Marcela Gonzalez, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Aug. 2 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• David Chapinski, 41, of Somerset, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Aug. 2 and charged with invasion of privacy and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective Sean Hauschildt.
• Armando Remigo-Pena, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested ini the area of River Street on Aug. 1 and charged with simple assault by SLEO II Jeffrey Lewandowski.
