The following October criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of a package, with contents valued at $700, from the area of Broad Street was reported on Oct. 29.

• The theft of a black wallet containing two forms of ID and $1,300 in cash from the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Oct. 28.
Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.
• The theft of $1,000 worth of cooking oil from a storage container at a business in the area of Broad Street was reported on Oct. 28.

• The theft of $2,177 worth of items from a store on Broad Street was reported by the manager on Oct. 23.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of South Street was reported on Oct. 14. The owner of a vehicle reported that it was egged.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Locust Avenue was reported Oct. 13. The owner of a house reported that it was egged.
Patrolman Eliot Ramos took the report.
• The theft of a green Firmstrong beach cruiser bicycle from the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Oct. 7.

• An incident of criminal mischief to a vehicle on E. Westside Avenue was reported on Oct. 7. The victim reported multiple windows were broken on the motor vehicle.

Arrests
• Adrian Taylor, 69, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Oct. 30 and charged with obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Ryan Clark, 31, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 30 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Cara Leonhardt, 29, of Point Pleasant, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on Oct. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and driving while suspended by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Moises Aguilar-Martinez, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Herbert Street on Oct. 26 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Eliot Ramos.
• Miguel Tenezaca-Toalongo, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on Oct. 21 and charged with simple assault and terroristic threats by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Alicia Dunn, 36, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 19 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Louis Ritter, 30 of Hazlet, was arrested in the area of Branch Avenue on Oct. 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Kelly Crenshaw, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Deforrest Avenue on Oct. 16 and charged with simple assault by SLEO II James McGee.
• Christian Espejel-Ayala, 38, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of White Street on Oct. 15 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Anthony Smith, 52, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on Oct. 12 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Eliot Ramos.
• Anthony Patella, 32, of Old Bridge, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Oct. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Jordi Pacheco, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Catherine Street on Oct. 7 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Susan Hayes, 65, of Unionville, PA, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 7 and charged with theft and being a fugitive from justice by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Stephen Specchio, 27, of Keyport, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Wayne Accoo, 40, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Cooper’s Bridge on Oct. 6 and charged with unlawful possession of a handgun and aggravated assault, as well as other related charges, by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Juan Perez-Rodriguez, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Tilton Avenue on Oct. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• Joel Palermo, 21, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Brandy Santos-Ruiz, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 6 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
• Hannah Thomson, 24, of Union Beach, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 6 and charged with obstructing administration of law by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Corey Thomson, 27, of Union Beach, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 6 and charged with obstructing administration of law and resisting arrest by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.
• Eric Hall, 22, of College Park, MD, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. John Camarca.
• Guadalupe Bujanos-Perez, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Catherine Street on Oct. 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
