By all accounts, HarvestFest was a success.
The Fair Haven school community recently enjoyed the annual PTA fundraiser designed to celebrate autumn and Halloween this year on Sept. 24.
As usual, there was a crowd, food, games, prizes and just plain fun in the form of mini golf, an obstacle course, a maze, pumpkin decorating and prizes.
Music was provided by Music in Motion. The Kick Dance Studios dancers and Fair Haven Karate students performed.
As in years past, those families- and businesses-sponsored HarvestFest scarecrows popped up all around town to advertise the event. Scores of parent volunteers pitched in to help. A large number of Knollwood School students set up and supervised the games of skill.
Event Co-Chairs were Kelly McCann and Kim Kennedy.
