Monmouth County DWI Task Force officials have announced that there will be a DWI checkpoint starting on Friday night and running into early Saturday morning.

Starting at 10 p.m., vehicles traveling north on Route 9 will be diverted into the Juniper Plaza office complex until 2 a.m. on Saturday. There, DWI Task Force members and Freehold police will check drivers for sobriety.
