The Monmouth County DWI Task Force, in cooperation with area police, have set two DWI checkpoints for this summer weekend, starting Friday night.
The DWI Checkpoint Details
On Friday night in Belmar …
Starting at 8 p.m. and running through to midnight on Saturday, all traffic traveling south on Route 35 will be directed into the parking lot at Maclearie Park, 900 Route 35 South.
There, Task Force members and Belmar police will screen drivers for sobriety.
On Saturday night in West Long Branch …
Starting at 8 p.m. and ending at midnight on Sunday, all traffic traveling west on Route 36 will be directed into the parking lot of the Monmouth Park Corporate Center, 185 Route 36 West.
There, Task Force members and West Long Branch police will screen drivers for sobriety.
