Summer has unofficially started. And, as is customary with the season, DWI checkpoints have begun. There’s one in Monmouth County tonight, the Monmouth County DWI Task Force announced.
DWI Checkpoint Details …
On Friday in Neptune City, from 10 p.m. through 2 a.m. on Saturday, all vehicles headed south on Route 35 will be diverted into the Sunoco gas station at Steiner Avenue. There, drivers will be screened by DWI Task Force Members and Neptune police for sobriety.
