An area man has been sentenced to 41½ years in prison after being convicted of the aggravated sexual assault (and related crimes) of a pre-teen over the course of roughly a year, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced on Wednesday.

A little more than a week ago, 22 Spanish exchange students from Isabel de Castilla, in Avila, Spain, said goodbye to their hosts, current RFH students and their families, after a weeklong immersive visit to the United States.

Former longtime Red Bank resident, Elsie “Micki” Marie White, more recently of the River Plaza section of Middletown, passed away peacefully on March 26 from complications related to a stroke, surrounded by her loving family. She was 94.
