Prosecutor: Arrest Made in Tuesday Shooting of 4-Year-Old

A 27-year-old Monmouth County man has been arrested and charged with attempted murder and related charges for his role in the Tuesday shooting of a four-year-old Asbury Park girl; and, if convicted of all charges, he could face up to 50 years in prison, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J.
