The following October and November arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Candace Read, 38, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of West River Road and Washington Street on Nov. 29 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Michael Berger.
• Dillon Rahim, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested on Osprey Lane on Nov. 21 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and eluding by Patrolman Daniel Campanella.
• Kevin Branin, 40, of Millstone, was arrested in the area of Ridge and East River roads on Nov. 4 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Cody Lovgren.
• Suzanne Daniel, 57, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of Ridge Road and Meadowridge Park on Nov. 4 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• A 17-year-old juvenile female from Middletown was arrested in the area of Waterman Avenue on Nov. 1 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Cody Lovgren.
• Catherine Guba, 58, of Fair Haven, was arrested in the area of West River Road and Bingham Avenue on Oct. 28 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Richard Torres.
• Gregory Gebeline, 25, of Swedesboro, was arrested on Oct.6 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of paraphernalia by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
Contempt of Court
• Kelvin Gonzalez, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road and Riverside Drive on Oct. 20 on a contempt of court warrant by S/O Donald Morse.
• Rudolph Kastner, 53, of Highlands, was arrested on Oct. 9 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Michael Berger.
• Shawn Gutleber, 26, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of Bingham Avenue and Bingham Hill Circle on Oct. 7 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Michael Berger.
• Scott Adams, 35, of Atlantic Highlands, in the area of Rumson and Oakes roads on Oct. 3 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
