When spring has hit a feverish pitch for RFHers, sometimes they just have to catch and tackle the mood — with one another, a ball and a glove.

In this Retro Pic of the Day, taken by George Day in the 1970s, a few RFH Class of ’78 pals were caught just clowning around on the field. Doing exactly what, we’re not sure. Looks like a good game of catch … throw, chop, wrestle and laugh, with an emphasis on laugh.

These good sports have it down — and over and in from the side.
