The following recent criminal incident and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief involving a motor vehicle was reported on April 19. The victim reported that the window of a vehicle parked on Mechanic Street was scratched.
Arrests
• Leon N. Norman, 31, of Long Branch, was arrested on April 7 in the area of Leighton Avenue and charged with obstruction of the administration of law and contempt of court by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Kara A. Paczkowski, 30, of Lanoka Harbor, was arrested on April 7 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Enrico J. Rossi, 29, of Freehold, was arrested on April 8 in the area of Linden Place and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• William P. Loredo, 24, of Ocean, was arrested on April 8 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Sandra J. Pangborn, 43, of Fair Haven, was arrested on April 9 in the area of River Road and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Victor Rosas-Garcia, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 10 in the area of Chestnut Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Brittany N. Fliedner, 24, of Jackson, was arrested on April 10 in the area of Broad Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Thomas V. Campbell, 56, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 13 in the area of Riverside Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
• Michael L. Alonso, 27, of Morganville, was arrested on April 15 in the area of Mechanic Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Theodore B. Knowles, 29, of Shrewsbury, was arrested on April 16 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Aleksandr Kleynhsvag, 28, of Sayreville, was arrested on April 16 in the area of English Plaza and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Lawrence J. Guo, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 17 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.
• Mark Makhail, 28, of Jersey City, was arrested on April 20 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Lucio Varela-Ocotoxtle, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 20 in the area of Oakland Street and charged with harassment and contempt of court (COC) by Sgt. Juan Sardo.
• Victoria A. Lucido, 28, of Jersey City, was arrested on April 20 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with simple assault by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.
• Wilfredo Garcia, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 21 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Cevin Albert.

• Ronald W. Tindal, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 11 in the area of Locust Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Mark A. Douglas, 38 of Red Bank, was arrested on April 11 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Anthony V. Schiano, 28, of Neptune, was arrested on April 12 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• James E. Stevens, 52, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 13 in the area of English Plaza on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Officer Michael Baron.
• Bryan L. Johnson, 48, of Neptune, was arrested on April 13 in the area of Leighton Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.
• Alexander Escobar-Lopez, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 15 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman David Smith.
• Shawn M. Trapp, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 15 in the area of Leighton Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Ashley Brittain, 32, of Keyport, was arrested on April 15 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Officer Darren McConnell.
• Alfred B Blaike, 46, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on April 15 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Jennifer A. Spinelli, 33, of Middletown, was arrested on April 1 in the area of Riverside Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
