The following April arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Tyler Gabriel, 24, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 30 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Hannah Shevlin, 19, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 30 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Craig Widmaier, 60, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on April 28 and charged with possession of large capacity ammunition magazine by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Jahmeir Mendez, 18, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of Munson Place on April 28 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs, contempt of court and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Noah Isenmann, 20, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 27 and charged with possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and marijuana by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Kathryn Yelton, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 25 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Jaime Burulia, 35, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 25 an charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Patrick Conroy, 32, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on April 24 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), prescription legend drugs and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Tyler Hillgrube, 26, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on April 24 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Julian Farinola, 25, of Sparta, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on April 20 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Charles Rufolo, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on April 18 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Jon Cook, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on April 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• Juan Luna, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on April 14 and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.
• Porfirio Perez-Rosas, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 14 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Edward Johnson, 62, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Dian Demarks, 62, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on April 14 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Milton Contreras, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on April 13 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Jessica Brown, 24, of Bayville, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on April 11 and charged with possession of marijuana by SLEO Piero Vescio.
• Omar Tiro-Perez, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on April 8 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.
• Vincent Tinebra, 24, of Holmdel, was arrested in the area of Coopers Bridge on April 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• Kareem Smith, 30, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on April 7 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Richard Post, 35, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on April 4 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Gilberto Cruz-Hernandez, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Herbert Street on April 1 and charged with criminal mischief, resisting arrest and contempt of court by Patrolman Frank Metta.
