The following December criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of a pink purse containing a wallet, credit cards, a NJ driver’s license, a medical ID card, two visa gift cards valued at $20 and $100, and $160 in cash from the area of East Newman Springs Road was reported on Dec. 23.
Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in Marine Park was reported on Dec. 21. The owner of a vehicle reported two of its tires, valued at $250 each, were slashed.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• The theft of a wallet containing a NJ driver’s license, credit cards and $20 in cash was reported stolen from a vehicle in the area of Leroy Place on Dec. 19.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Dec. 19. The owner of a motor vehicle reported that an unknown person put sugar in the gas tank of a vehicle.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• The theft of a Galaxy cellphone with a red case, valued at $140, a black wallet containing a food stamp card, an ID and a debit card from the area of West Bergen Place was reported on Dec. 16.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• The theft of a large black suitcase containing a Windows XP desktop computer, valued at $500, four box sets of Dr. Who DVDs, clothing and a black and white checkered wallet containing credit cards from Marin Park was reported on Dec. 16.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• The theft of a Gucci wallet containing two TD debit cards, three photo IDs, one United credit card and $800 in cash from the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Dec. 15.
Sgt. Jorge Torres took the report.
• The theft of two hub caps, valued at $64 each, from the area of North Prospect Avenue was reported on Dec. 8.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• The theft of a license plate from a motor vehicle on Harding Road was reported on Dec. 4.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
Arrests
• Elizabeth Clemanza, 28, of the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Ronald Goodspeed, 53, of Freehold, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Dec. 28 and charged with harassment, stalking and possession of penetrating bullets by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Harold Heffernan Jr., 63, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Dec. 28 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• David Foggy, 52, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on Dec. 25 and charged with criminal trespass and robbery by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Freiley Camacho-Gomez, 52, of Oakhurst, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Dec. 23 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• William Major, 45, of Freehold, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Dec. 22 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Delbert Gomez, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Dec. 20 and charged with simple assault and harassment by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Axel Pacheco, 36, of Hightstown, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Dec. 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Douglas Anderson, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Dec. 18 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), prohibited weapons/devices, possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Gabriela Zender-Cutts, 44, of Port Monmouth, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Dec. 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• David Foggy, 52, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Dec. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Jesse Luciani, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Dec. 10 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Elizabeth Henry, 33, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 9 and charged with obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest and contempt of court by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Matthew Missak, 24, of Marlboro, was arrested in the area of English Plaza on Dec. 8 and charged with criminal mischief by Detective John Camarca.
• Nihjer Hill, 26, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Cedar Crossing on Dec. 7 and charged with contempt of court, resisting arrest and defiant trespass by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Juan Pena-Cuautle, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 6 and charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective Sean Hauschildt.
• Julianna Mike-Mayer, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of South Bridge A venue on Dec. 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Micale Watson, 36, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Montgomery Terrace on Dec. 5 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Jose Rodriguez-Ramirez, 70, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 2 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Connor Smith, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Wharf Avenue on Dec. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and contempt of court by Patrolman Frank Metta.
**Police reported six arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
