Police Report: Theft, Sexual Assault, Harassment, $2K Theft, DWIs, Drugs, Graffiti, Assault, Criminal Mischief

The following June criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on June 28. A building was tagged with black paint.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Catherine Street was reported on June 28. A residence had been tagged with black paint.

Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Mohawk Lane was reported on June 28. The dugout of the baseball field and a utility building were tagged with black spray paint.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of W. Bergen Place was reported on June 27. The owner of a business reported that the wall of a building was tagged with black paint.

• A shoplifting from a store in the area of Broad Street was reported on June 26. An employee reported the theft of an unknown number of cosmetic items

• The theft of a front porch light from a residence in the area of Leonard Street was reported on June 24.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Mohawk Lane was reported on June 24. An employee reported damage to a door on the property. The damage was estimated to cost $300 for repair.

• The theft of a black tri-fold wallet from the area of E. Westside Avenue was reported on June 19. The victim reported that the wallet contained one Bank of America debit card, one PNC debit card, a NJ Driver’s License, and $200 in cash.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of West Front Street was reported on June 17. A property manager reported $1,500 worth of damage to the access arm equipment of a parking garage.

• The theft of $70 worth of gas from a Shrewsbury Avenue gas station was reported on June 15. An employee reported a vehicle left the business without paying for the gas.

• The theft of a light blue Momentum electric bike, valued at $2,000, from the area of Water Street was reported on June 15.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on June 11. The wall of a business was tagged with white paint.

Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on June 7. The owner of a property reported that a fence and sidewalk were sprayed with red paint.

Patrolman Eliot Ramos took the report.

• An incident of theft in the area of Broad Street was reported on June 3. The victim reported that a Coach handbag containing a TD Bank Card and an iPhone 12 was stolen from a vehicle.

• The theft of $2,000 in cash and a purchase receipt from the area of Drummond Avenue was reported on June 6.

Arrests

• Warren West, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on June 29 and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• Margarita Paredes-Tlaltecatl, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on June 27 and charged with harassment by Detective Paul Perez.

• Brian Lee, 26, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on June 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Gustavo Munoz-Rodriguez, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on June 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Sara Sadecki, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leroy Place on June 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Nicholas Liebhauser, 30, of Old Bridge, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on June 20 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Markies Wells, 39, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on June 19 and charged with obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest, and hindering apprehension by SLEO II James McGee.

• Marcos Medina, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Molly Pitcher Village on June 17 and charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Javon Miller, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on June 15 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Johnnie Moore, 43, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on June 15 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• Janeska Ceballos, 39, of Bridgeport, CT, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on June 12 and charged with theft by Patrolman Eliot Ramos.

• Akeene Colbert, 44, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on June 11 and charged with driving while suspended by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Richard Olivos-Dominguez, 27, of Newburgh, NY, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on June 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Winston Phipps, 40, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of White Street on June 8 and charged with disorderly conduct and contempt of court by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Armando Jimenez-Campos, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Catherine Street on June 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Derek Gaters, 34, of Kearny, was arrested in the area of Knight Street on June 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Adrian Avendano-Silva, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on June 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Gustavo Gonzalez, 24, of Monroe, NY, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on June 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Muzaffar Ali, 56, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on June 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
