The following July criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Marine Park was reported on July 29. A vehicle’s driver’s side tire was slashed while parked in the area. The tire reportedly had three separate punctures.

• An incident of criminal mischief, a possible burglary attempt, in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on July 23. The victim reported that wooden molding around the home’s door frame was tampered with but appeared to have no signs of forced entry.

• The theft of two bicycles from the area of Catherine Street was reported on July 8. One of the bikes is described as a black Huffy female’s bike with green lettering, valued at $120. The other is described as a black men’s Roadmaster with Blue lettering, valued at $100.
• The theft of a red Stone Harbor beach cruiser bicycle, valued at $300 to $500, from the area of Spring Street was reported on July 7.

• A theft in the area of West Westside Avenue was reported on July 6. It was reported that two unknown males were seen taking a specialized woman’s bicycle with teal writing, valued at $600, from a garage. The males were seen heading toward Leighton Avenue.

Arrests
• Lamar Hicks, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 31 and charged with obstructing the administration of law, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Allegra Hull, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on July 29 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Javier Vasquez-Valdetano, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on July 29 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Candace Ronan, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on July 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Navor Gonzalez-Leyva, 31, of Lakewood, was arrested in the area of River Street on July 19 and charged with criminal mischief and contempt of court by Patrolman Grace Maggiuli.
• Abraham Maldonado, 21, of Passaic, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on July 18 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Isaac Valdetano-Luna, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Linden Place on July 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• Pedro Escalona-Tlatloa, 34, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July and July 15 and charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective John Camarca.
• Anthony Rosario, 28, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on July 15 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Anthony Rosario, 27, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 11 and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. Heather Kovar.
• Anthony Fusco, 68, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on July 9 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Ashton Lovick.
• Leroy Thomas, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Tinton Avenue on July 4 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Ashton Lovick.
**Police reported six arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
