The following September criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of two bottle of Johnny Walker Black, valued at $74.62, from a business in the area of Newman Springs Road was reported.
Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.
• The theft of a $12,000 cashier’s check from a vehicle was reported on Sept. 26.
Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of West Front Street was reported on Sept. 18. The owner of a business report that the glass in the front door of the business was cracked. Replacement was valued at $1,000.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• The theft of an unknown amount of makeup from a business in the area of Water Street was reported on Sept. 16.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• The theft of a silver 13-inch MacBook Air 512 GB, valued at $1,300, from a vehicle on Riverside Avenue was reported on Sept. 14.
Patrolman Gary Watson took the report.
• The theft of a blue Schwinn mountain bike, valued at $300, from a Spring Street residence was reported.
Patrolman Tanner Shea took the report.
• The theft of a wallet containing $170 in cash from the area of Riverview Place between Sept. 9 and 12 was reported.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• The theft of a Red Line bicycle, valued at $900, from the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Sept. 5.
Patrolman Stanley Balmer took the report.
Arrests
• Richard Blache, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Sept. 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Regina Ingrassia, 64, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on Sept. 27 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Willie Diaz, 24 of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 26 and charged with knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident by Patrolman Darren McConnell.
• Antonio Zamora-Lopez, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Sept. 23 and charged with terroristic threats, possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of weapons, and simple assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Bobby Lawrence, 59, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Sept. 23 and charged with simple assault and contempt of court by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Kyle Evans, 18, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Sept. 19 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Delbert Gomez, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of St. Mary’s Place on Sept. 19 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Anthony Espisito, 26, of Staten Island, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Sept. 18 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Christian Nelson.
• Erick Aviles-Sibrian, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Sept. 14 and charged with harassment by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Miguel Lopez-Lopez, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Sept. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Fiacro Castro-Melgar, 62, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of St. Mary’s Place on Sept. 5 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Leopoldo Ramirez-Solis, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 4 in the area of Catherine Street and charged with terroristic threats and harassment by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Anthony Sambogna, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 3 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Jaheed Hill, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Montgomery Terrace on Sept. 2 and charged with manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, person unauthorized to have a weapon, possession of a weapon, distributing, dispensing, or possessing within 500 feet of certain public property, unlawful possession of a handgun, manufacturing, distributing or dispensing heroin, and unlawful possession of weapons by Detective Sean Hauschildt.
• Sean Vanglahn, 32, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 1 and charged with robbery by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Shane Vanglahn, 25, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 1 and charged with robbery by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Matthew Kumke, 23, of Colts Neck, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Sept. 1 and charged with being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
