The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• There was a report of a theft in the area of Sickles Place on Aug. 11. The victim reported that property valued at $651.98 was stolen.
Patrolman Kyle Ludwig is investigating.
• There was a report of an incident of criminal mischief in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 11. The victim reported that property was vandalized, causing $1,400 worth of damage.
• There was a report of a theft in the area of World Jeep, Shrewsbury Avenue, on Aug. 6. The victim reported property valued at $5,900 was stolen.
Patrolman Angel Marrero is investigating.
Arrests
• Kadeem Webb, 27, of Franklinton, NC, was arrested in the area of Obre Place on Aug. 10 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
• Taylor E. Noe, 22, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
• Matthew Lowe, 47, of Warren, RI, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.
• Wistely M. Hosty, 26, of Ocean, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Aug. 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Matthew Clark.
• Damion Wilson, 41, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 2 and charged with theft by deception by Patrolman Kyle Ludwig.
• Timothy J. Harris, 36, of Colts Neck, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 2 and charged with theft of services by Sgt. Adam Cerminaro.
• Joseph A. Ritchie, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Aug. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
• Robert D. Reilly, 47, of Oakhurst, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 1 and charged with harassment by Sgt. Jessica Boyd.
• Siddeequa B. Taylor, 36, of Newark, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on July 31 and charged with eluding by Patrolman Tyler Fox.
• Nicholas M. Boula, 28, of Old Bridge, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on July 29 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Kyle Ludwig.
Contempt of Court
• Daniel Gonzalez, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested on Aug.11 in the area of Harvard Way on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
• Leonard J. Smith, 58, of Loch Arbor, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 11 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Kyle Ludwig.
• Carmine T. Vetrano, 31, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Aug. 10 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Matthew Clark.
• Zahava K. Thaxton, 27, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 9 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Tyler Fox.
• Najahee K. Tyler, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 7 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
• Sadrina Hyppolite, 30, of Willingboro, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Aug. 7 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Kyle Ludwig.
• Victor E. Peralta, 27, of Perth Amboy, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Aug. 6 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.
• Tarrell M. Madison, 32, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Aug. 5 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Sgt. Tracy Polk.
• Claudette Y. Bryson, 57, of Newark, was arrested on in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 4 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.
• Melissa J. Garcia, 24, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 4 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Matthew Clark.
