The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• There was a report of a theft in the area of Maple Avenue on Feb. 13. Cash, in the amount of $1,100 in $100 bills, was reportedly stolen from a pocketbook inside a business.
Patrolman Cevin Albert took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of South Bridge Avenue was reported on Feb. 13. The victim reported that the front yard fence of a residence was damaged.
Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe took the report.
• There was a report of a theft in the area of Bank Street on Feb. 11. The victim reported that a blue and white 9-foot Hap Jacobs surfboard, valued at $1,100, in a heavy gray canvas bag worth $250, was stolen.
Patrolman George Travostino took the report.
• There was a report of criminal mischief in the area of Ambassador Drive on Feb. 11. The victim reported damage done to a vehicle parked in a driveway. The damage consisted of a key scratch along the front fender, driver’s side doors and tailgate.
Patrolman Benjamin Springer took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Prospect Avenue was reported on Feb. 7. It was reported that a vehicle’s driver’s side mirror was broken off. The damage did not appear to be from another motor vehicle.

Arrests
• Constance Burke, 61, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 10 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by OFC Darren McConnell.
• Alex T Berich, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb.7 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
• Gabrielle Graziano, 23, of Oakhurst, was arrested on Feb. 5 in the area of Broad Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Chelsea Hayes, 22, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Feb. 5 in the area of Broad Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Jose Antonio Perez, 53, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 4 in the area of Locust Avenue and charged with simple assault, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• James Guadagno, 33, of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 3 in the area of Route 35 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Raul Barrett, 19, of Forked River, was arrested on Feb. 3 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Sean Branagan, 23, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Feb. 2 in the area of Harding Road and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
• Kevin D. Perret, 24, of Belford, was arrested on Feb. 2 in the area of Harding Road and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
Contempt of Court
• Eduardo Carreon-Lino, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 2 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
• Angel Romero, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 10 in the area of W. Bergen Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.
• Robert J. Engemann, 30, of Rumson, was arrested on Feb. 9 in the area of River Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.
• Mark Buss, 52, of Edison, was arrested on Feb. 6 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Byron James Carroll, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 6 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Michael Baron.
• Desiree Jarvis, 19, of Matawan, was arrested on Feb. 4 in the area of West Bergen Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Paul E. Harris, 49, of Keansburg, was arrested on Feb. 4 in the area of Riverside Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Tonae Cardilla, 31, of Eatontown, was arrested on Feb. 2 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman George Travostino.
