The following October criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The the theft of a gold diamond ring, valued at $4,500 and a told diamond chain, valued at $500, from a Prospect Avenue residence was reported on Oct. 29.
Patrolman Christian Nelson took the report.
• The theft of a black iPhone XR, valued at $1,000, from a victim while inside an E. Front Street business, was reported on Oct. 21.
Patrolman Michael Zadlock took the report.
• The theft of several items from a purse — a key FOB, one PBA card, Amex and Chase credit cards, a $50 Amex gift card, a $50 Lowe’s gift card, a $25 Target gift card, a pair of sunglasses valued at $100, and one pair of reading glasses valued at $10 — that was left in a Broad Street business and returned to the victim was reported on Oct. 21.

• The theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle in the area of Riverside Avenue was reported on Oct. 20.

• The theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle in the area of Riverside Avenue was reported on Oct. 20.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Bodman Place was reported on Oct. 15. The owner of a storage unit reported that it had been damaged.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Oct. 8. It was reported that damage had been done to a section of bushes on property.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Oct. 3. The owner of a vehicle reported that a brick was thrown at the vehicle, causing damage to the windshield.

• The theft of Fendi sunglasses, valued at $400, $100 in cash and a NJ driver’s license from a vehicle in the area of Mechanic Street was reported on Oct. 1.

Arrests
• Erik Bonilla-Escobar, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Angel Santiago, 78, of Trenton, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Oct. 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and contempt of court by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Oscar Osorio, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Sunset Avenue on Oct. 29 and charged with simple assault and resisting arrest by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Cristian Olivero, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on Oct. 27 and charged with defiant trespass and criminal mischief by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Cristian Olivero, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Oct. 21 and. charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Jonathan Burgos, 31, of Jackson, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Oct. 19 and charged with attempt to elude police by Patrolman Christian Nelson.
• Daniel Ramos, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 18 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• James Mayorga, 28, of Camden, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Oct. 17 and charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.
• Eric Valente, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Oct. 13 and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Richard Flores, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on Oct. 8 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Donald Citro, 54, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 7 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and being under the influence of a CDS by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Marcelo Campillay, 50, of Holmdel, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on Oct. 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Michael Sanzo, 36, of Colonia, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Oct. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal to submit to a chemical breath test by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
