The following April criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of a fit bit watch and change, valued at $250, from an unlocked motor vehicle in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on March 24.
Patrolman Thomas Doremus took the report.
• The theft of a package containing a Pillow Cube pillow from the area of Spring Street was reported on March 20.
Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.
• The theft of a blue beach cruiser bicycle and a teal BMX from the area of Riverside Gardens Park was reported on April 13.
Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.
• There was a report of criminal mischief in the area of West Bergen Place on April 11. Damage was reportedly done to a driver side window of a motor vehicle.
Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.
• The theft of a wallet, valued at $80 and containing an ID card, two debit cards, an insurance card and a laundry card, from the area of Spring Street was reported on April 10.

• The theft of a red and blue Mongoose Dolomite bicycle, valued at $100, from the area of Maple Avenue sometime on April 3, was reported.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• The theft of several credit cards, and ID card and $150 in cash from an unlocked motor vehicle in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on April 2.

Arrests
• Amy Matheny, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on April 29 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Ehrenreich.
• Najahee Tyler, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on April 27 and charged with criminal sexual contact, harassment and lewdness by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Najahee Tyler, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Street on April 24 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Marina Vasquez-Bonilla, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Oakland Street on April 24 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Bryan Rojas, of Reading, PA, was arrested in the area of W. Front Street on April 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren McConnell.
• Artis Edwards, 58, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Sunset Avenue on April 13 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and driving while suspended by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Tim Jackson, 27, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on April 19 and charged with burglary and theft by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Rolando Hernandez-Martinez, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on April 19 and charged with possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and aggravated assault by Patrolman Friolan Hernandez.
• Melissa Rose, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on May 14 and charged with being a fugitive from justice by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Najahee Tyler, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on April 12 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Nihjer Hill, 24, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on April 10 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• William Francis, 54, of Fair Haven, was arrested in the area of Herbert Street on April 8 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Dennis Obrien, 56, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on April 4 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Jose Manjivar-Quintanilla, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Catherine Street on April 4 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Efraim Medina, 38, of Lincroft, was arrested in the area of Drummond Place on April 3 and charged with burglary and theft by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• William Cummings, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Elm Place on April 2 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Najahee Tyler, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on April 2 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
**Police reported two arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
