The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Reckless Place was reported on Jan. 29. The driver’s side window on a 2009 BMW 330 was punched out.

Patrolman Milton Gray IV took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Leonard Street was reported on Jan. 29. The door frame to a home had pry marks on it, but nothing appeared to be missing from the residence.

Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.

• A theft in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Jan. 27. It was reported that a package left by UPS was opened and three items — Mayigo perfume, valued at $26, Coreia, valued at $39, and Adorisse, valued at $49 — were stolen.

Arrests

• Isaiah L. Thomas, 21, of Neptune, was arrested on Jan. 29 in the area of Broad Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Herbert Lambert, 23, of Eatontown, was arrested on Jan. 29 in the area of Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Kevine Jackson, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 29 in the area of Marine Park and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Prince Young, 29, of Jackson, was arrested on Jan. 29 in the area of Broad Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Sean  Hauschildt.

• Kevein K. Brinson, 39, homeless, was arrested on Jan. 28 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with theft by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

Contempt of Court

• Keith Brooks, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 30 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Michael Baron.

• Dashuan Mitchell, 29 of Neptune City, was arrested on Jan. 29 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Michael Gonzalez, 32, of Keansburg, was arrested on Jan. 28in the area of W. Front Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Susan Moran, 52, of Lincroft, was arrested on Jan. 26 in the area of W. Front Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Angel Rivera, 27, of Perth Amboy, was arrested on Jan. 26 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Mary Conti, 52, of Point Pleasant, was arrested on Jan. 25 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Juan Colon, 26, of Port Monmouth, was arrested on Jan. 25 in the area of Pearl Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Michael Baron.
