The following recent criminal incidents were reported by Red Bank police:
• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on July 23 at a N. Bridge Avenue parking lot. The victim reported that someone keyed his parked vehicle in several spots.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on July 24 on Riverside Avenue. The victim reported that someone stole a pay check from the center console of a parked car.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on Branch Avenue on July 31. The victim reported that someone entered his apartment and stole a bottle of prescription pain medication.
Patrolman Patrick Kennedy took the report.
• A theft was reported to have occurred on Maple Avenue on Aug. 2. The victim reported that someone stole her iPhone from her locker.

• A shoplifting was reported to have occurred on Aug. 5 at a Monmouth Street grocery store. An unknown female left the store with unpaid food.

• A theft was reported to have occurred sometime between Aug. 3 and 8 at a Broad Street clothing store. The owner reported that someone stole a Coach purse, another handbag and a pair of shoes.

• Graffiti was reported on Aug. 7 to have been sprayed on a Oakland Street School.

• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Aug. 9 on River Street. The victim reported that someone keyed the driver’s side of a vehicle from bumper to bumper.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on or about Aug. 10 at a Broad Street hair salon. The owner reported that $220 was missing from the register and then later found it in the bathroom toilet paper dispenser. (Seems that the unknown person(s) had hidden the money there with the intention of taking it later).

• A theft was reported to have occurred sometime between Aug. 5 and 10 at a Broad Street restaurant. The owner reported that someone took $800 from the cash box.
