Police Report: Theft & Criminal Mischief

The following recent criminal incidents were reported by Red Bank police:

 

• There was a report of a theft in the area of Oakland Street on July 31. It was reported that a vehicle was broken into and a Verizon hot spot device, a phone charger, a government-issued silver iPhone 6, a U.S. Department of Defense finger print access card, two $25 Firebird gift cards, a $150 bank gift card and a gas membership card were stolen.

• There was a report of criminal mischief in the area of Wallace Street on July 28. It was reported that both the driver’s and passenger’s side front windows of a parked vehicle were smashed and a walled containing several credit cards and $60 in cash was stolen.

• There was a report of a theft at or near Marine Park on July 22. It was reported a rectangular 32x32x32-inch crab trap, valued at $60,  was taken off a boat docked at or near the park.  The trap is valued at

Lt. Robert Clayton took the report.

• There was a report of a theft in the area of Bridge Avenue on July 22. Three people were observed stealing a bottle of Tito’s vodka valued at $28.99.

• There was a report of a theft on July 19 in the area of Catherine Street. It was reported a blue bicycle with orange accents, a front basket and child seat, valued at roughly $230, was stolen.

Patrolman Michael Baron took the report.

• There was a report of a theft in the area of West Front Street on July 19. It was reported that a painting, described as a lithograph pen and inch etching of the St. Julia Church in Paris, valued at $300 to $450, was stolen from a business.

• A theft in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on July 17. It was reported that $530 in cash was stolen from a purse at a business.

Sgt. Juan Sardo took the report.

• There was a report of theft in the area of Warf Avenue on July 16. It was reported that a Tory Burh clutch wallet, valued at $100, containing roughly $1,500 in cash, a NJ driver’s license, and a Bank of America debit/credit card, was stolen from book bag.
