The following recent criminal indigents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• A theft was reported to have occurred sometime between Feb. 7 and 10 at an East Bergen Place home. The victim reported that someone stole a mountain bicycle from the front porch.
Patrolman Garrett Falco took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred sometime between Feb. 9 and 10 on Catherine Street. The victim reported that someone smashed the driver’s side window of her vehicle.
Patrolman Patrick Kennedy took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Feb. 12 on W. Sunset Avenue. The victim reported that someone threw a brick through the front window of a residence.
Patrolman Shane Dengel took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Feb. 12 on Westside Avenue. The rear window of an unoccupied residence was smashed.
Patrolman Stanley Balmer took the report.
• An incident of theft was reported to have occurred on Feb. 13 at a Bridge Avenue residence. The victim reported that someone broke the lock on a shed and stole two bicycles and a lawn mower.
Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.
• A theft was reported to have occurred on Shrewsbury Avenue on Feb. 15. The victim reported that someone stole several power tools from his garage.
Patrolman Tanner Shea took the report.
• A theft was reported to have occurred on Feb. 17 on Willow Street. The victim reported that someone took a Y pipe for a diesel exhaust system from a front yard.

Arrests
• Larry Clifton, 39, of Eatontown, was arrested on Feb. 10 in the area of Willow Street and charged with possession of a CDS, crack cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• John Kozman, 24, of Matawan, was arrested on Feb. 8 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Oscar Lopez-Mendez, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 8 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Douglas Tindal, 25, and Ronald Tindal, 28, both of Red Bank, were arrested on Feb. 8 in the area of Locust Avenue and charged with defiant trespass by patrolman Tanner Shea. Ronald Tindal was also arrested on a contempt of court (COC) warrant and Douglas Tindal was also arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.
• Anthony Carrozza, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 7 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Garrett Falco.
• Kelly Sheppard, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 7 in the area of Bridge Avenue and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Garrett Falco.
• A 17-year-old male juvenile, of Hazlet, was arrested on Feb. 6 in the area of Riverside Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Robert Johnson, 23, of Neptune, was arrested on Feb. 4 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Don Harger, 51, of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 17 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with possession of a CDS, under 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia by Patrolman Milton Gray.
• Anthony Costa, 56, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 16 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.
• Pierre Gadson, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 16 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with criminal mischief and harassment by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Glenn Marie, 54, of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 13 in the area of Bodman Place and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• James Puschel, 23, of Whiting, was arrested on Feb. 13 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
Contempt of Court
• Herbert Standard, 36, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Feb. 13 in the area of St. Nicholas Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Milton Gray.
• Anthony Perrone, 26, of Manasquan, was arrested on Feb. 13 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Milton Gray.
• Justin Hahn, 24, of Brick, was arrested on Feb. 13 in the area of Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jorge Torres.
• Ester Rivera, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 13 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Donald Devine, 58, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 11 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Garrett Falco.
• John Sparling, 28, of Little Silver, was arrested on Feb. 11 in the area of Pinckney Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Officer McConnell.
• Pierre Gadson, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 11 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Brian Rosenberg, 31, of the River Plaza section of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 10 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• McCormick Williams, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 9 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Lucio Peregrina-Garcia, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 16 in the area of Rector Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
