Police Report: Theft, Burglary, Assault, Weapons Possession, Drugs, Terroristic Threats

The following December criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Locust Avenue was reported on Dec. 24. An electrical box was tagged with black paint.

Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.

• The theft of cooking oil, valued at $600, and damage to an oil tank, valued at $800, at a business on Maple Avenue was reported on Dec. 22.

Patrolman James McGee took the report.

• The theft of two packages, valued at $210, from the vestibule of a residence on Throckmorton Avenue was reported on Dec. 11.

Patrolman Kristin McConnell took the report.

• The theft of a purse — containing a cell phone, valued at $900, a car key, one Bank of America debit card, one Chase Bank debit card and one NJ driver’s license — from the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Dec. 7.

Patrolman Gary Watson took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief — graffiti — in the area of Catherine Street was reported on Dec. 10. A building was tagged with blue paint.

Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Mechanic Street was reported on Dec. 7. The owner of a vehicle reported that its front bumper was missing, there was damage to the side of the vehicle and a rear passenger side window was removed and broken.

Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.

• The theft of $250 in cash from a the cash register of a Bridge Avenue business was reported on Dec. 5.

Patrolman Eliot Ramos took the report.

Arrests

• Pablo Reyes-Flores, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 31 and charged with burglary and contempt of court by Sgt. Paul Perez.

• Natasha Ross, 54, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Cedar Crossing on Dec. 30 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Jaquiel Allen, 29, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 30 and charged with resisting arrest and terroristic threats by Patrolman Carmine Pannullo.

• John Faccas, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Dec. 29 and charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Jaquiel Allen, 29, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 27 and charged with resisting arrest by force, obstructing the administration of law and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• Michael Godard, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on Dec. 25 and charged with driving while suspended by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Luis Peralta-Atenco, 20, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Drummond Avenue on Dec. 23 and charged with resisting arrest and obstruction the administration of law by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Adam Knighten, 40, of Wrightstown, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on Dec. 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Juan Tojmux, 29, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 16 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Taheem Lane, 29, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Evergreen Terrace on Dec. 12 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.

• Isabel Gregorio-Martinez, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Catherine Street on Dec. 12 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Jeffrey Lewandowski.

• Luis Cepeda, 63, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Dec. 4 and charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of weapons by Patrolman Andrew Todd.

• Luis Cepeda, 63, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Dec. 3 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Christopher Fuentes.
