The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• The theft of two wrought iron urns, valued at $40 each, from the front of a residence in the area of Pinckney Road was reported on Jan. 21.

• The theft of a tip jar from a business in the area of Water Street was reported on Jan. 4. The accused were described as: a black male approximately 18 years old, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt with black and white lettering, dark colored pants and shoes; and a white or Hispanic male wearing a white, red and black hooded sweatshirt with dark pants and shoes.

Arrests
• Timothy Dugan, 27, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Route 35 on Jan. 31 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Joseph Toccaceli, 35, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Jan. 28 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Adam Lee, 29, of Union Beach, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on Jan. 26 and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Christopher Despo, 39, of Oceanport, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Jan. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Michael Baron.
• Liam McCabe, 24, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 24 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Garrett Falco.
• Thomas Lichty, 55, of Syracuse, NY, was arrested in the area of Waverly Place on Jan. 23 and charged with theft by Patrolman Milton Gray IV.
• Thelma Harrison, 56, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Street on Jan. 22 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Theodore Knowles, 32, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of South Bridge Avenue on Jan. 20 and charged with tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Devin DiMartini, 22, of Lincroft, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Jan. 19 and charged with simple assault by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.
• Roberto Diaz-Lopez, 44, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Jan. 17 and charged with contempt of court and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Robert Frost, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Jan. 17 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Amber Greene, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bodman Place on Jan. 17 and charged with criminal trespass, possession of prescription legend drugs and paraphernalia, operating a vehicle while suspended for driving while intoxicated (DWI), and contempt of court by Patrolman Michael Baron.
• Jorge Miranda-Lopez, 44, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Jan. 16 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Uriel Garcia-Lopez, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Jan. 16 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and contempt of court by Patrolman Michael Baron.
• Noah Mickens, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 14 and charged with possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of weapons by Patrolman Garrett Falco.
• A 17-year-old juvenile, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 14 and charged with possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of weapons by Patrolman Garrett Falco.
Charles Anderson, 19, of Long Branch was arrested in the area Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 14 and charged with robbery, theft, possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession of prescription legend drugs, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession, manufacture, distribution (intent) or dispensing heroin within 500 feet of a public park by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Uriel Ruiz –Velez, 18, of Lakewood, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Jan. 12 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Michael Baron.
• Joseph Perez, 19, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 12 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Brooke Anderson, 32, of Haskell, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on Jan. 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Macie Lesto, 40, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 10 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Ryan Martin, 30, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of E. Newman Springs Road on Jan. 10 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs and drug paraphernalia by SLEO Piero Vescio.
• Dylan Murphy, 20, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Jan. 9 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• James Brown, 57, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Willow Street on Jan. 8 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Bruce Zydel, 50, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.
• Michele Anderocci, 38, of Jackson, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.
• Algieron Pines, 24, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Jan. 4 and charged with possession of marijuana and contempt of court by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Yvette Barnes, 35, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Street on Jan. 3 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
