The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• Najahee Tyler, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 30 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Hugo Paz-Bautista, 31, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 29 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Miguel Paz-Bautista, 50, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 29 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Kareem Smith, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on Oct. 28 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by SLEO Tony Arden.
• Samuel Carpenito, 35, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of Coopers Bridge on Oct. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Ryan Carpenito, 38, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of Coopers Bridge on Oct. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana by SLEO Tony Arden.
• Helen Dedes, 42, of Bayville, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 27 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Brian Knispel, 43, of Holmdel, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 26 and charged with theft and simple assault by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• Andrew Miller, 26, of Ocean, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 26 and charged with credit card theft and fraudulent use of a credit card by Detective James DePonte.
• James Sullivan, 20, of Wall, was arrested on Oct. 24 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
• Lamar Hicks, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 23 and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.
• Qualek Dotts, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Carmen Place on Oct. 23 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
• Luchretia Jackson, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Oct. 22 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• William Rongo, 52, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Oct. 20 and charged with hindering apprehension and contempt of court by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Olimpia Freitas-Hindenach, 53, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 17 and charged with harassment and contempt of court by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• Meghan Ryan, 33, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Oct. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Bobby Jerome Lawrence, 55, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 16 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

Brian Rosenberg, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 30 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
Vaughn Avery Brown, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 27 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Michael Baron.
Nelson Santiago, 25, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Dr. James Parker Boulevard on Oct. 26 on a contempt of court warrant by SLEO Tony Arden.
Francis Cusano, 47, of West Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Oct. 25 on a contempt of court warrant by Lt. Errico Vescio.
Olivia Drake, 26, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 25 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
Aaron Varela-Serrano, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Carmen Place on Oct. 23 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
Nathan Tamaino, 30, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of South Bridge Avenue on Oct. 23 on a contempt of court warrant by SLEO Luke Cahill.
Emanuel Gatica, 26, of New Brunswick, was arrested in the area of Carmen Place on Oct. 22 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
Manuel Rosas-Oceletl, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 21 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschilldt.
Gina Reid, 47, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Oct. 21 on a contempt of court warrant by SLEO Tony Ardon.
Jose Rosas-Rosas, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 20 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
Zachary Pucci, 27, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Oct. 20 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
Francis Calabrese, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Oct. 16 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Gary Watson, Jr.
