The following May criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of a silver Apple iPad in a black case, valued at $400, from the area of Riverside Avenue was reported on May 28.
Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.
• The theft of a green Azonic Steelhead mountain bike, valued at $200, from the area of Spring Street was reported on May 28.
Patrolman Nicholas Maletto took the report.
• The theft of a teal men’s mountain bike, valued at $795, from Riverside Gardens Park was reported on May 27.
Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on May 20. A passerby reported that graffiti had been spray painted on the exterior of a business.
Patrolman Taylor Doremus took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Oakland Street was reported on May 18. The owner of a vehicle reported that the driver side mirror was damaged. The value of the mirror was estimated at $250.
Patrolman Nicholas Maletto took the report.
• An incident of theft in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on May 7. The owner of a business reported that a group of people left the business without paying the balance of their bill in the amount of $43.07.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Montgomery Terrace was reported on May 6. The owner of a vehicle reported that the front and rear passenger side tires, valued at $250, were slashed.

• The theft of allergy medicine — unknown amounts of Zyrtek, Allegra and Benadryl — from a business in the area of Water Street was reported on May 6.

Arrests
• Victor Tochihuitl-Garista, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on May 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Jose Gonzales-Garcia, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on May 26 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Yovani Perez, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on May 26 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Juan Tenahua-Vasques, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of E. Front Street on May 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Julio Torrentera, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Pearl Street on May 23 and charged with simple assault by Sgt. Matthew Enrenreich.
• Joseph Scalzo, 20, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Peter’s Place on May 22 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Ryan Spencer, 45, of Philadelphia, PA was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on May 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Richard Donohue, 50, of Port Monmouth, was arrested in the area of E. Front Street on May 20 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren McConnell.
• Isaiah Mason, 23, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on May 18 and charged with criminal mischief and criminal trespass by Sgt. James Deponte.
• Najahee Tyler, 26, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on May 17 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Joseph Fredericks, 35, of Newark, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on May 16 and charged with defiant trespass and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Francisco Rodriguez-Alvarez, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on in the area of Leighton Avenue on May 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and hindering apprehension by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Evan Pacheco, 24, of Colts Neck, was arrested in the area of Hudson Avenue on May 16 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Dane Martindell, 69, of Manchester, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on May 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Eugenio Olivera-Perez, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on May 13 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Ruben Nina, 41, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on May 10 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.
• Rogelio Juarez-Juarez, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 8 and charged with hindering apprehension, obstructing administration of law and resisting arrest by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• James Savage, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Cooper’s Bridge on May 6 and charged with obstructing administration of law, possession of prescription legend drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Cara Dellapenta, 27, of Jackson, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on May 6 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Brenda Flores, 23, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on May 5 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Samantha Flores, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on May 5 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
**Police reported 12 arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
