The following February criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of two silver android phones from a vehicle in the area of Chestnut Street was reported on Feb. 27. Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.
• The theft of a black plastic garbage can from the rear of a property on Maple Avenue was reported on Feb. 25.
Patrolman Gary Watson took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of McLaren Street was reported on Feb. 13. The owner of a vehicle reported that the passenger side mirror, valued at $300, was damaged.
Patrolman Michael Zadlock took the report.
• The theft of a gold ring with diamonds, valued at $300, from a business in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Feb. 10.
Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.
• The theft of a black iPhone 13, valued at $1,100, from someone while in a West Front Street business was reported on Feb. 8.
Patrolman Michael Zadlock took the report.
ARRESTS
• Juan Quezada-Caranza, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Catherine Street on Feb. 27 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Barbara Delguercio, 54, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Feb. 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Salvador Hernandez-Santiago, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Feb. 22 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Nicole Doyle, 27, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Route 35 on Feb. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Najahee Tyler, 26, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Feb. 15 and charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Kenneth Carpenter, 58, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on Feb. 14 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Julio Marinpicazo, 27, of Brooklyn NY, was arrested in the area of River Street on Feb. 13 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Allison Shrewsbury, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of South Street on Feb. 5 and charged with simple assault, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of prescription legend drugs by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• James Marrin, 45, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of Wallace Street on Feb. 6 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Shawn Cuje, 40, of Port Monmouth, was arrested in the area of East Front Street on Feb. 11 and charged with possession of a CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Albert Galimidi, 31, of Manalapan, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Feb. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreic.
• Hayley Hummer, 25, of Fair Haven, was arrested in the area of Harding Road on Feb. 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
