The following March criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• A theft in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on March 30. It was reported that roughly $100 worth of tools were stolen from a shed.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• The theft of three jet ski docks some time on March 17 from the area of Bodman Place was reported.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Dr. James Parker Boulevard was reported on March 15. It was reported that two vehicles were sprayed with black spray paint causing damage to both.
Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of West Front Street was reported on March 8. It was reported that white spray paint was used on the exterior of a brick building.
Patrolman Gary Watson took the report.
Arrests
• Zachary Smith, 26, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Patrick Carroll, 25, of North Plainfield, was arrested in the area of Pearl Street on March 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren McConnell.
• Ena Cortez-Murga, 53, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on March 21 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Danielle Giacolona, 33, of Monmouth Junction, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 20 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Delkeith Birch, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on March 19 and charged with possession with the intent to distribute, possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, possession to distribute within 500 feet of public housing, possession of CDS, and possession of drug paraphernalia by Detective Sean Hauschildt.
• Allegra Hull, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on March 17 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Jesus Reyes-Rodriguez, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on March 16 and charged with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective John Camarca.
• James Tober, 66, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on March 13 and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Eddin Marroquin, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on March 13 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.
• Jorge Perez-Campos, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on March 6 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Brandon Ramirez, 24, of Hazlet, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on March 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
