The following December criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• The theft of Christmas lights and an extension cord, valued at $95, from resident’s yard in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Dec. 16. A lantern was also broken.

Patrolman Taylor Doremus took the report.

• The theft of a delivered package from the front steps of residence in the area of Locust Avenue was reported on Dec. 16.

Patrolman Garrett Falco took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of West Front Street was reported on Dec. 14. A flower pot (purchased as a pair valued at $900) was vandalized.

Patrolman Cevin Albert took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in Count Basie Park was reported on Dec. 9. Damage, in the form of graffiti, burn marks, was done to dug outs and a goal net. The estimated cost to repair the dugout is $200 and $400 to replace the goal net.

Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe took the report.

• The theft of a package from the porch of a Broad Street residence was reported on Dec. 9. UPS confirmed delivery to the home.

Patrolman Darren McConnell took the report.

• The theft of a leaf blower, valued at $580, two chain saws, valued at $900, and an Echo hedge trimmer, valued at $220, from an unlocked trailer and truck bed in the area of Leighton Avenue was reported on Dec. 1.

Arrests

• Anthony Mitchell, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Dec. 31 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.

• Timothy Hanlon, 50, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Begen Place on Dec. 30 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while suspended for driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Alfredo Alava-Davalos, 25, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Dec. 29 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Amanda Bigelow, 22, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Dec. 27 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• William Breen-Henderson, 33, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 26 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Nicholas Falb, 33, of Kenilworth, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 26 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Bruno Ramos, 24, of Lakewood, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Dec. 22 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Douglas Macmillan, 46, Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Dec. 22 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Matthew Sanders, 27, of Manasquan, was arrested in the area of Warf Avenue on Dec. 22 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Kelly Wagner, 24, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Gerardo Tiro-Gregorio, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Herbert Street on Dec. 20 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Patrick Kennedy.

• Michael Affrunti, 52, of Matawan, was arrested in the area of Bodman Place on Dec. 19 and charged with simple assault and contempt of court by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Joseph Fenton, 24, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Dec. 18 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Micheal Kostuk, 66, of Colts Neck, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 14 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Lauren Paolino, 19, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of Branch Avenue on Dec. 12 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Donna Triska, 55, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Dec. 12 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Kevin Rhoads, 55, of Holmdel, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on Dec. 7 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Roberto Diaz-Romero, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested win the area of Newman Springs Road on Dec. 7 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Raquan Gardner, 24, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of William Street on Dec. 7 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Efrain Azceil-Lopez, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Dec. 5 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Sean Dismuke, 48, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Dec. 2 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Misael Linares-Hernandez, 25, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 2 and charged with disorderly conduct and contempt of court by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Sara Carroll, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on Dec. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
