The following criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• There was a report of a theft in the area of Henry Street on Jan. 27. The victim reported that someone stole $2,700 wirth of property. Sgt. Tracy Polk is investigating.
• There was a report of credit card fraud in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Jan. 26. The victim reported that someone made fraudulent purchases. Patrolman Derek Myers is investigating.
• There was a report of a theft in the area of Meridian Way on Jan. 25. The victim reported that someone removed property. Patrolman Tyler Fox is investigating.
• There was a report of shoplifting in the area of Spirits Unlimited, Broad Street on Jan. 24. The victim reported that someone stole $59.99 worth of merchandise. Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola is investigating.
• There was a report of a shoplifting in the are of Saks Off Fifth, Broad Street, on Jan. 21. The victim reported that someone stole $1,177. 46 worth of merchandise. Patrolman Tyler Fox is investigating.
Arrests
• Efrain Ribot, 40, of Eatontown, was arrested on Jan. 27 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.
• Jasmin M. Jackson, 30, of Long Branch, was arrested on Jan. 25 in the area f Dartmouth way and charged with assault by Sgt. Jessica Boyd.
• Gabrielle M. Graziano, 23, of Oakhurst, was arrested in the area Broad Street on Jan. 22 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle took the report. .
• Anthony J. Vamvas, 25, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Jan. 21 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI). Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro took the report.
Contempt of Court
• Przemysla Filipek, 23, of West Long Branch, was arrested on Jan. 25 in the area of Sycamore Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Derek Myers.
• Amber L. Kay, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 25 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
• Janyah B. Palmer, 20, of Freehold, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 24 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Special Enforcement Officer Kyle Ludwig.
• Sheila Destinoble, 29, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 22 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
