The following November criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Riverside Gardens Park was reported on Nov. 29. It was reported that bulb casings were removed from strands of lights on the Christmas tree, broken and thrown around the park. Christmas lights were also reportedly removed from the street lamp posts in the areas of English Plaza, Monmouth Street and between Pearl and West streets. The estimated damage amount is $500.

• The theft of a 2020 GT air turquoise BMX bicycle, valued at $293, from a yard in the area of Herbert Street was reported on Nov. 14.
Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Bank Street was reported on Nov. 6. The caller reported that someone used a permanent marker to do $30 worth of damage to the side of the house.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of West Front Street was reported on Nov. 5. It was reported that $800 to $1,200 worth of damage was done to a storefront window after an object was possibly thrown into it.

Arrests
• David Villegas, 24, of Somerville, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Nov. 29 and charged with possession of marijuana by SLEO James Courtney.
• Shawn Bray, 20, of Toms River, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Nov. 29 and charged with possession of marijuana by SLEO James Courtney.
• Brian Gaytan, 20, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Nov. 29 and charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Madeline Herrera-Gonzalez, 19, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Nov. 29 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Scott Sweeny, 53, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Manor Drive on Nov. 28 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Rolando Hernandez-Martinez, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Nov. 26 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Bryan Ayala-Arevalo, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Nov. 26 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Brian Kerr, 30, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on Nov. 26 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Sebastian Vargas, 28, of Linden, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Nov. 25 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Maria Guadalupe-Montoya, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Nov. 25 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Grace Maggiuli.
• Joshua Morris, 61, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Route 35 on Nov. 25 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Amy Matheny, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Route 35 on Nov. 25 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Anthony Burgos, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Nov. 20 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• James Tober, 35, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Nov. 19 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Lamier Richardson, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of East Bergen Place on Nov. 16 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.
• Marybeth Power, 46, of Old Bridge, was arrested in the area of Mechanic Street on Nov. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Juan Pacheco-Gomez, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Tilton Avenue on Nov. 11 and charged with assault by auto by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• John Marguccio, 55, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Mechanic Street on Nov. 10 and charged with lewdness by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
