The following September criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of a black full suspension bicycle, valued at $200, from the rear of a business in the area of West Front Street was reported on Sept. 28.
Patrolman Shane Dengel took the report.
• The theft of a grey Schwinn bicycle, valued at $100, from a residence in the area of Evergreen Terrace was reported on Sept. 27.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• The theft of an iPhone case, valued at $20, and $35 in cash from the area of Front Street was reported on Sept. 26.
Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe took the report.
• The theft of a light blue BMX bicycle, valued at $200, from a residence in the area of East Westside Avenue was reported on Sept. 18.
Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in Marine Park was reported on Sept. 16. An employee reported that damage was done to the inside of the public restroom. A metal divider was forcibly removed and found on the outside of the building. Damages were valued at $300.

• The theft of a tan wallet — valued at $20 and containing $20 in cash, a $400 Lowes gift card, a NJ driver’s license, a key fob for a building, AAA, insurance and several credit cards — from the area of West Bergen Place was reported on Sept. 16.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Sept. 12. Graffiti was painted on the rear of a business.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• The theft of a silver and gold Rolex watch, valued at $8,700, from the area of Riverside Avenue was reported on Sept. 12.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in Marine Park was reported on Sept. 12. A witness reported that graffiti was painted on the side of a structure on the property.

• The theft of between $500 and $600 in cash from a lockbox inside of a Shrewsbury Avenue business was reported on Sept. 8.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• The theft of two bicycles — a teal and black 24-inch girl’s bike, and a purple and white 24-inch bike, each valued at $150 — from the area of Catherine Street was reported on Sept. 4.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• The theft of an iPhone 12, valued at $1,200, and a pair of Beats by Dre headphones, valued at $250, from the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Sept. 2.

Arrests
• Nicholas Napoletano, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on Sept. 29 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Edel Dominguez-Pino, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Munson Place on Sept. 28 and charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective Paul Perez.
• Christopher Carroll, 29, of Belford, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Sept. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Jonathan Korongy, 25, of Marlboro, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Sept. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Gary Morrisey, 26, of Ocean Township, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Sept. 24 and charged with sexual assault and criminal sexual contact by Detective John Camarca.
• Pedro Lopez, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on Sept. 24 and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• Jose Castillo-Perez, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on Sept. 20 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Radames Santana-Figueroa, 30, of Ocean Township, was arrested in the area of Pearl Street on Sept. 16 and charged with criminal mischief, assault and criminal attempt by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Salah Merhi, 23, of Holmdel, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 14 and charged with burglary and criminal mischief by Detective John Camarca.
• Brett Cashmore, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested ion the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Sept. 12 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Gregorio Diaz-Lozada, 49, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 9 and charged with providing false reports to law enforcement by Detective Sean Hauschildt.
• Michael Gasser, 28, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 7 and charged with aggravated assault by Detective John Camarca.
• Jean Sposaro, 60, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Road on Sept. 6 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Lisa Vendemia, 44, of Keyport, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Sept. 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Ignacio Campa-Aguacaliente, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 4 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
