The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Arthur Place was reported on May 25. A window was broken on a parked vehicle.
Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.
• The theft of a pair of sunglasses from a vehicle in the area of River Street and $300 worth of damage to the vehicle’s glove compartment was reported on May 21.
Patrolman Cevin Albert took the report.
• The theft of a blank check and prescription sunglasses, valued at $80, from a parked vehicle in the area of River Street was reported on May 21.
Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.
• The theft of a Stihl chain saw, valued at $500, and a Stihl pole chain saw, valued at $1,000, from inside a garage in the area of Leighton Avenue was reported on May 8.
Patrolman Milton Gray IV took the report.
• The theft of medicine, an old radio, an old Ford car seat and other miscellaneous items, valued at less than $150, from the back of a truck in the area of E. Westside Avenue was reported on May 1.

Arrests
• Riley Schiro, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on May 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Isaiah Brown, 20, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Cooper’s Bridge on May 26 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana, and contempt of court by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Janine Demola, 33, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on May 25 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana, and possession of a hypodermic syringe by Patrolman Tanner Shea.
• Roberto Bran-Castillo, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on May 24 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Najahee Tyler, 24, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on May 23 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Fabian Balderrama-Barrios, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on May 20 and charged with harassment by Patrolman Milton Gray IV.
• Jose Lopez, 20, of Perth Amboy, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on May 17 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Jesse Balbuena, 20, of Elizabeth, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on May 17 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Kevin Alberto-Oliva, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on May 9 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• Daniel Viana-Barrientos, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on May 4 and charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective John Camarca.
