The following September criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft from a fenced in yard in the area of McClaren Street of two Woodward brand chairs, valued at $400 each, was reported on Sept. 25.

• The theft a package containing an Apple iPhone 11, confirmed to be delivered, from a porch in the area of Washington Street was reported on Sept. 15.
Patrolman Gary Watson took the report.
• The theft from the rear of a River street residence of six crab traps, valued at $20 each, was reported on Sept. 11.
Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.
• The theft of a white SE bike with a “KJ so Cal” sticker, valued at $500, was reported stolen from the entrance to Count Basie Park on Sept. 8.

• The theft of two bikes — one a green SE model with black tires and blue handgrips, valued at $500, and the other a maroon SE with large tires and gold rims, valued at $1,000 — from Count Basie Park was reported on Sept. 8.

• The theft of multiple bottles of wine from the area of White Street was captured on surveillance video on Sept. 1. The bottles were: Opus One valued at $350, Caymas Special Select valued at $200 and Silver Oak Napa wine valued at $150.

Arrests
• Cupertino Tlaczani-Tlaczani, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 23 and charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats—threaten to kill, and simple assault by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Ryan Cocco, 30, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Sept. 21 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Hannah Nudleman, 18, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Sept. 20 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Edward Santiago, 39, of Irvington, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Sept. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Kevin Palmer, 23, of Abingdon, MD, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Sept. 18 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Kate Walling, 39, of Jackson, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Sept. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Adam Froehlich, 41, of New Monmouth, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Sept. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Juan Rodriguez-Plata, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on Sept. 15 and charged with burglary and theft by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Keith Brooks, 39, of Freehold, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on Sept. 15 and charged with burglary by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Brian Gaytan, 20, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Sept. 15 and charged with possession and consumption of alcohol by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Harold Huff, 29, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Sept. 14 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana, drug paraphernalia, manufacturing, distributing or dispensing heroin by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Kristina Posey, 27, of Scarsdale, NY, was arrested in the area of Drummond Avenue on Sept. 13 and charged with theft and burglary by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Nicholas Ruckel, 23, of Congers, NY, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Sept. 13 and charged with simple assault, burglary and theft by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Jose Azcatl-Zempoaltecatl, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Sept. 13 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Kenneth Persico, 53, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Sept. 11 and charged with burglary and theft by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Anthony Sambogna, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Branch Avenue on Sept. 8 and charged with disorderly conduct by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.
• Markus Seward, 33, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Sept. 7 and charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Donald Chunn, 66, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Street on Sept. 6 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and marijuana by Sgt. Garrett Falco.
• Matthew Ferguson, 24, of Mooresville, NC, was arrested in the area of West Westside Avenue on Sept. 5 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of weapons by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Benjamin Washington, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Sept. 4 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Sgt. Garrett Falco.
• Jacob Tlatelpa-Luna, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Sept. 4 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Sgt. Garrett Falco.
• Zachary Cusack, 26, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Sept. 2 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.
• Jose Santiago, 77, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Sept. 1 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated criminal sexual contact by Detective Sean Hauschildt.
