The following November criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of a black leather jacket, valued at $400, from business in the area of Monmouth Street was reported on Nov. 29.
Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.
• The theft of two Mongoose mountain bikes, two gold ring with diamonds, valued at $2,000, and $345 in cash from a residence in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Nov. 28.
Patrolman Froilan Hernandez took the report.
• The theft of a lime green beach cruiser, valued at $700, from the front of a Bridge Avenue business was reported on Nov. 26.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• The theft of a navy blue Prada Seffiano suitcase, valued at $4,000 and a bone key chain, valued at $300 from a residence in the area of Windward Way was reported on Nov. 24.
Patrolman Milton Gray took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of River Street was reported on Nov. 22. The owner of a vehicle reported that all four tires on the vehicle had been slashed. The tires were valued at $450.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• The theft of a black Cannondale mountain bike, valued at $700, from the front of a residence on Bridge Avenue was reported on Nov. 20.
Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe took the report.
• The theft of a license plate from a vehicle on Leighton Avenue was reported on Nov. 15.
Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich took the report.
• The theft of a gold necklace from a person at a business in the area of West Bergen Place was reported on Nov. 12.
Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.
• The theft of various items from a shed on the property of a business in the area of Mohawk Lane as reported on Nov. 10. An employee reported that the items stolen were: one container of unused baseballs, valued at $150, numerous used baseballs, valued at $100, one used silver ball cart, valued at $100, two packages of assorted potato chips, valued at $30, and approximately 44 black “RB” baseball caps, valued at $200.

• The theft of $30 worth of fuel from a gas station in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Nov. 8. An employee reported that someone left the area in a vehicle without paying for the gas.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• The theft of a total of $608 in cash from two victims’ wallets in the area of Broad Street was reported on Nov. 4. One victim reported that $308 was taken from a wallet. The second victim reported that $300 was taken from a wallet.
Patrolman Kristin Altimari took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of East Front Street was reported on Nov. 3. The owner of a vehicle reported a large scratch to the door of the vehicle.

Arrests
• Theodore Hunger-Buhler, 23, of the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 27 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Michael Ortiz, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Nov. 25 and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Peter Mikedes, 30, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of East Front Street on Nov. 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren McConnell.
• Tammy Calabretta, 48, of Shrewsbury, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Nov. 23 and charged with contempt of court, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Richard Yencarelli, 54, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Nov. 23 and charged with defiant trespass and contempt of court by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Rene Lopez-Balbuena, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Willow Street on Nov. 21 and charged with sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective Paul Perez.
• Javier Veliz-Guevara, 23, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Oakland Street on Nov. 21 and charged with defiant trespass by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• John Monteforte, 55, of Freehold, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Nov. 19 and charged with contempt of court, credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by deception by Detective Paul Perez.
• Shayyah Batyehuda, 21 of Brooklyn, NY was arrested on in the area of Newman Springs Road on Nov. 18 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Isaiah Feliciano, 20, of Brooklyn, NY was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Nov. 18 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Dianyau Lane, 20, of Brooklyn, NY was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Nov. 18 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Nicholas Maletto.
• Brandon Waller, 19 of Brooklyn, NY was arrested n the area of Newman Springs Road on Nov. 18 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Darren McConnell.
• Shavonne Connor, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Nov. 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Allison Maroney, 30, of Matawan, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Nov. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. George Travostino.
• Erica Harmer, 44, of Bradenton, FL was arrested in the area of East Front Street on Nov. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Froilan Hernandez.
• Deirdre Rochford, 25, of Staten Island, NY was arrested in the are of Monmouth Street on Nov. 2 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
**Police reported seven arrests solely on contempt of court warrants.**
