The following November criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of English Plaza was reported on Nov. 22. A motor vehicle was scratched with a key.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Riverside Avenue was reported on Nov. 12. The owner of a vehicle reported damage done to the windshield.
Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of West Front Street was reported on Nov. 6. The owner of a vehicle reported that a physical altercation occurred which resulted in one of the involved individuals falling into a vehicle causing damage in the form of a dent and scratches to its rear quarter panel. No value was given for damages to the vehicle.

• The theft of a pair of reading glasses, valued at $20 – $40, from a business in the area of Water Street was reported on Nov. 6.
Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Morford Place was reported on Nov. 5. A caller reported that damage, in the form of a large crack in the glass of a door, was done at a property. No value was given for the door.
Patrolman Taylor Doremus took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Harding Road was reported on Nov. 3. It was reported that a fence had been spray painted with graffiti depicting peace signs and lettering.

• The theft of a black Louis Vuitton bag containing a wallet with credit cards and $3,000 in cash, was reported stolen from the trunk of a vehicle.
Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of McLaren Street was reported on Nov. 1. The victim reported damage to a motor vehicle. The vehicle had a broken rear windshield, damage was done to the front windshield and both passenger side tires were flat. No value was given for the damages.

Arrests
• Cesar Mendez-Perez, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Nov. 30 and charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child by Detective Paul Perez.
• Fabian Balderrama-Barrios, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of E. Bergen Place on Nov. 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Jacquelyn Cocozza, 31, of Englishtown, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Nov. 27 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Omar Oropeza-Diego, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on Nov. 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Michael Canning, 41, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Nov. 12 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, sexual assault and criminal sexual contact by Detective Paul Perez.
• Melissa Mas, 38, of Bronx, NY, was arrested in the area of Linden Place on Nov. 9 and charged with hindering apprehension and contempt of court by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
• Anthony Rivera, 37, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Montgomery Terrace on Nov. 8 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest by Patrolman Frank Metta.
• Christopher Davis, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Nov. 8 and charged with criminal mischief, resisting arrest by force and aggravated assault by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Holly Douglas, 58, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Nov. 5 and charged with hindering apprehension and driving while suspended by Patrolman Piero Vescio.
• Tara O’Hara, 49, of Tuckerton, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Nov. 2 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Jesus Hernandez-Saiz, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of E. Bergen Place on Nov. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
