The following recent arrests on contempt of court and related charges were made and reported by Middletown police:

• John Wilczewski, 25, of Thompson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 15 by Patrolman Ekne Montalvo and charged with  simple assault and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Neptune Municipal Court.

He was held on $327 bail.

• Erin Sullivan, 33, of Comanche Drive in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 15 by Patrolman Nick Manochio on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was held on $1,000 bail.

• Haneef Clowers, 38, of Bellaire Court in Matawan, was arrested on Feb. 15 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Kerolos Suryil, 30, of Apple Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 17 by Cpl. Darrin Simon on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Hazlet Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $750 bail.

• John Stein, 46, of Hobart Avenue in Bayonne, was arrested on Feb. 17 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a non-support warrant issued by the Hudson County Municipal Court.

He was held on $58,845 bail.

• Dunyia Tawil, 26, of Taylor Place in Eatontown, was arrested on Feb. 19 by Patrolman Richard Belmonte on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $250 bail.

• Amanda Maxted, 22, of Highview Circle in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 22 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Shrewsbury Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $664 bail.

• John Balzer, 28, of Cherry Tree Farm Road in Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 22 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz and charged with simple assault and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Edison Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

• Robert Cumiskey, 41, of 156th Street in Howard Beach, NY, was arrested on Feb. 22 by Patrolman Eric Van Schaack on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $368 bail.
