The following December arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Gerald King, 56, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on in the area of Catherine Street on Dec. 31 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• John Mandato, 18, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Dec. 29 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Jordan Hamilton, 19, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Dec. 29 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Victor Rosas-Garcia, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Dr. James Parker Blvd. on Dec. 27 and charged with hindering apprehension and contempt of court by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• John Campbell, 57, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 22 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman George Travostino.

• Quinton Gierlatowicz, 26, of Hoboken, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 22 and charged with disorderly conduct by SLEO Luke Cahill.

• Michael Rodrigues, 25, of Branchburg, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Dec. 19 and charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose by Detective John Camarca.

• Angelica Soto-Pimentel, 33, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Dec. 18 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Carl Carfello, 31, of Montvale, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Dec. 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Ernesto Alto-Lopez, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 15 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Carla Bonner, 45, of Phoenix, AZ, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Dec. 14 and charged with possession of marijuana by SLEO Piero Vescio.

• Brittany Pollack, 25, of Hazlet, was arrested in the area of Route 35 on Dec. 11 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Luis Crespo, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of E. Sunset Avenue on Dec. 11 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

• Hugo Mejia-Cruz, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of River Street on Dec. 7 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Milton Gray IV.

• Saif Edeen Elfar, 20, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Dec. 6 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Leonardo Arcos, 35, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Drummond Place on Dec. 2 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Michael Baron.
