The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• An incident of criminal mischief was reported to have occurred on Jan. 22 on Chapin Avenue. A borough employee reported that someone damaged a street sign.

• A theft was reported to have occurred on Jan. 26 on Shrewsbury Avenue. The victim reported that four teenage males approached her while walking and stole a pharmacy bag she was carrying which contained two prescriptions.
Patrolman David Smith took the report.
• A theft was reported to have occurred on Jan. 28 t a Monmouth Street bar/restaurant. The victim reported that someone stole her purse containing cash, credit cards and an iPhone.
Patrolman Tanner Shea took the report.
Arrests
• Christopher Rovinsky, 29, of Eatontown, was arrested on Jan. 21 in the area of Catherine Street and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon with unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.
• Francisco Alfaro-Ponte, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 23 in the area of E. Bergen Place and charged with attempt to elude the police by Lt. Robert Kennedy.
Contempt of Court
• Randi Conklin, 29, of Keansburg, was arrested on Jan. 27 in the area of Bridge Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Miguel Reyes-Silva, 32, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 27 in the area of Worthley Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Jarred Boynton, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 26 in the area of Hance Road, Tinton Falls on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman David Smith.
• Leonard Zuravinsky, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 24 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Jesse Butynski, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 21 in the area of Broad Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
