The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• There was a report of a theft of $15 in change from a 2012 Toyota Camry parked in the area of Riverview Plaza on June 7.
Patrolman Tanner Shea took the report.
• The theft of a wallet containing approximately $20 in cash and assorted documents from a victim who was frequenting a Maple Avenue business was reported on June 8.
Patrolman Matthew Ehrenreich took the report.
• The theft of a folder containing $40 in cash and various documents from someone sleeping in the area of Monmouth Street was reported to have occurred sometime between June 13 and 14.
Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.
• A robbery was reported to have occurred in the area of Oakland Street on June 6 at about 1:30 a.m. The victim reported that she was approached by two black males, about 20 years of age, on bicycles. The accused subjects reportedly removed several items from the victim’s pockets and fled the area. The items reported taken were $60 in cash and assorted documents.

• An incident of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported to have occurred on June 10. The victim reported that one of three black male subjects threw a rock which struck his vehicle, aFord F250, while he was exiting his driveway. The subjects in question reportedly fled the area. The damages to the vehicle were estimated at roughly $400.

Arrests
• James B. Robinson, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 8in the area of N. Bridge Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana, and contempt of court (COC) by Patrolman Jorge Torres.
• Caitlyn C. Bodtmann, 22, of Brick, was arrested on June 10in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana, driving while intoxicated (DWI), disorderly person, and obstruction of the administration of law by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Benito Pajaro-Luna, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 12 in the area of Leighton Avenue and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Agrippino Casaccio, 46, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested on June 12 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with obstructing the administration of law.
• Freddy Cacace, 45, of Staten Island, was arrested on June 12 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Jeffrey R. Timmons, 19, of Middletown, was arrested on June 13 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.
• Thomas R. Womble, 49, of Oceanport, was arrested on June 14 in the area of Broad Street and charged with theft of moveable property by Patrolman David Smith.
• John C. Ryan, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 14 in the area of Linden Place and charged with criminal sexual contact and resisting arrest by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.
• Shannon N. Chance, 28, of Oceanport, was arrested on June 14 in the area of Broad Street and charged with conspiracy to commit a theft by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.
• Cornelius E. Kennedy, 43, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 15 in the area of Newman Springs Road and charged with shoplifting simple assault and contempt of court (COC) by Lt. Robert Kennedy.
• McCormick D. Williams, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 15 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Lucio Varela-Ocotoxtle, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 11 in the area of Route 35 and charged with defiant trespassing and contempt of court (COC) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
Contempt of Court
• Tanya Delaney, 38, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 16 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Caitlyn M. Walley, 22, of Asbury Park, was arrested on June 16 in the area of E. Front Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by officer Darren McConnell.
• Dustin P. Palm, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 16 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Kyhee R. Durden, 26, of Cary, NC, was arrested on June 10 in the area of Branch Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jorge Torres.
• Bashon S. Simon, 42, of Atlantic City, was arrested on June 10 in the area of Newman Springs Road on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
• Alexis Johnson, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 10 in the area of Maple Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Officer Darren McConnell.
• Margeaux A. Hruska, 30, of Asbury Park, was arrested on June 12 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Cevin Albert.
• Keith H. Brooks, 34, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 13 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
• McCormick D. Williams, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 13 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Darryl E. Edwards, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested on June 14 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.
