Police Report: Criminal Attempt & Escape, Assault, DWI, Disorderly, Drug Possession

The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Arrests

• Bernardo Rosas-Pena, 47, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on July 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Myles Corcoran, 23, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on July 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Kathryn Bateman, 44, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on July 29 and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and contempt of court by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Donald Laing, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on July 25 and charged with simple assault, obstructing the administration of law and contempt of court by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Donald Laing, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on July 25 and charged with criminal attempt and escape by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Thomas Guttadauro, 25, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on July 23 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and prescription legend drugs by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Joseph Cavallo, 24, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Coopers Bridge on July 20 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), hypo syringe and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Peter Gerwien, 25, of Matawan, was arrested in the area of Coopers Bridge on July 20 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Scott Crossman, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on July 20 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Olimpia Freitas-Hindenbach, 53, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on July 18 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Donald Medler, 62, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of East Westside Avenue on July 17 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.

• McCormick Williams, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Catherine Street on July 18 and charged with criminal trespass by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Rogelio Oliveras-Jimenez, 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on July 17 and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and aggravated assault by Patrolman Jorge Torres.

• Jorge Olivares-Jimenez, 31, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on July 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Vincent Fasano, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Water Street on July 16 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Diane Fasano, 61, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Water Street on July 16 and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Felicia Foster, 24, of Morganville, was arrested in the area of Linden Place on July 16 and charged with hindering apprehension by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Joseph McGrail, 39, of Leonardo, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on July 29 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Gina Giorgio, 26, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on July 29 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Candace Gates, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on July 28 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Maggie Halsey, 25, of Little Silver, was arrested in the area of East Bergen Place on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Darren M. McConnell.

• Angela Owens, 55, of Ocean, was arrested in the area of Coopers Bridge on July 28 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Kyree Farrow, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on July 25 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Baron.
