The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• A vehicle burglary in the area of Broad Street was reported on Oct. 28. The victim reported that a person or people gained entry to a vehicle.
Sgt. Tracy Polk is investigating.
• There was a report of a shoplifting in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 14. The victim reported that merchandise valued at $515 was stolen by unknown persons.
Patrolman Kyle Ludwig is investigating.
Arrests
• Diane Berking, 53, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Nov. 10 and charged with diving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Matthew Clark.
• Amilyan Q. Boyd, 19, of Piscataway, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Nov. 7 and charged with theft by Patrolman Derek Myers.
• David M. Kibler, 56, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Tracy Polk.
• Angelina C. Dellfave, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 31 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Tracy Polk.
• Jamie N. Bellis, 20, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 30 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Tyler Fox.
• Jamie N. Bellis, 20, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 30 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Tyler Fox.
• Kaprice L. Harvat, 20, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Oct. 18 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Daniel DeCristifaro.
• April J. Howard, 38, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of Meridian Way on Oct. 17 and charged with assault by Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro.
• Joseph L. Picco, 55, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Oct. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.
