The following January criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.
Criminal Incidents
• The theft of a package from a residence on Fisher Place was reported on Jan. 31.
• The theft of several toiletries with a total value of $200 to $400 from the area of Water Street was reported on Jan. 27.
Patrolman Andrew Todd took the report.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Jan. 26. Graffiti was reportedly spray painted on a mailbox.
• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of S. Pearl Street was reported on Jan. 23. The owner of a residence reported a broken window caused by a rock being thrown through the glass. No value was estimated for the window.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Jan. 9. The owner of two vehicles reported damage to them. One vehicle had a large crack in the windshield. The other had graffiti on the driver’s and passenger’s side doors. No value was estimated for the damages.

• The theft of several tools — one black and red Milwaukee brand nailer valued at $350, a bucket containing a black and red Milwaukee brand drill, a black and red Milwaukee brand multi tool, and four black and red Milwaukee brand battery packs with the contents of the bucket valued at $1000 — from the area of W. Westside Avenue was reported on Jan. 5.

• The theft of a black trim-fold wallet, containing a NJ driver’s license, debit card, gift cards, $25 in cash and a health insurance card, from the area of N. Bridge Avenue was reported on Jan. 4.

Arrests
• Maria Sanchez-Ocotoxtle, 42, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Locust Avenue on Jan. 29 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Anjelica Schaub, 35, of Leonardo, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 29 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
• David Foggy, 52, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Jan. 20 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Diana Olivares, 18, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Jan. 1 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.
• Daniel Ramos, 51, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 17 and charged with burglary by Patrolman Shane Dengel.
• Andrew Markoff, 33, of Farmingdale, was arrested in the area of Riverview Plaza on Jan. 17 and charged with simple assault and theft by Patrolman Christian Nelson.
• Harold Heffernan, 63, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Sringdale Avenue, Tinton Falls, on Jan. 17 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Theodore Kilpatrick, 53, of Far Rockaway, NY was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Jan. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stan Balmer.
• Edgar Rivera, 32, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Jan. 12 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Charles Christensen, 47, of Tallahassee, FL was arrested in the area of Clinton Place on Jan. 10 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.
• Alicia Howard, 41, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of N. Bridge Avenue on Jan. 7 and charged with contempt of court, possession of prescription legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.
• Richard Flores, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bank Street on Jan. 7 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Lauren Staub, 29, of Asbury Park, was arrested on in the area of W. Front Street on Jan. 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer by Patrolman Andrew Todd.
• Mazier Montgomery, 25, of Laurence Harbor, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Jan. 6 and charged with aggravated assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Raul Luna-Perez, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of S. Bridge Avenue on Jan. 2 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Luke Cahill.
• Rigoberto Lopez-Lopez, 36, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of W. Bergen Place on Jan. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.
